    Pros

    Great people to work with, very intelligent & easy to get along with.
    Large variety of work & you can ask to be put on the types of work you enjoy & generally get this.

    Cons

    Some jobs are under resourced so long hours are expected.
    Can be disorganised with bookings & you can be required to travel interstate with one to two days notice.
