Pros

Exposure to Fortune 500 clients and working with teams of very like-minded individuals made for a pleasant experience.

Cons

You are at the firm's mercy during busy season (1/3 year) which causes your salary to translate into a less than respectable hourly rate.

Advice to Management

Keep on Keepin on.

    Pros

EY offers great learning opportunities in a variety of industries. Team members are willing to teach and help other team members.

    Cons

To be successful at the firm, you need to be willing to work long hours. Exit opps almost always offer higher pay and fewer hours. High turnover leaves those at the firm juggling multiple clients with insufficient resources.

    Advice to Management

To better retain and attract employees, the firm needs to either:
    A. Offer higher pay than competitors
    B. Offer noticeably superior benefits than competitors.

    Pros

The company is great when it comes to work from home and time off. They added extra holidays in the summer which was a nice perk. Good opportunity to learn a variety of skills.

    Cons

Individual managers decide work from home policy so it can vary alot by department
