    Pros

The diversity of client engagements is phenomenal. The amount of learning obtained on a day to day basis is truly invaluable to career growth. You are able to learn the review process, how to communicate effectively within an engagement team to meet deadlines, manage budgets, and allocate time appropriately.

    Cons

There can be long days and nights depending on client engagements. Deadlines can become stressful, as with any Big 4 public accounting career. It can be difficult to balance multiple engagements if client information all becomes available at the same time.
