People first culture. Base salary and time off are best around.

IT constantly reorganizing. Not sure when it will settle.

    I have been working at EY full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    -great people to work with
    -leaders care about your work-life balance
    -co-workers are mostly your age so it's easy to make friends to hang out with outside of work
    -you get lots of client interaction
    -semi-flexible work schedule

    Cons

    -big company, so hard to meet and get to know people outside of your group and teams
    -work can often be boring and slow
    -work schedule is dependent on how fast client can turn around files and documents to us

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -raise the base salary
    -consider more perks or bonuses
    -allow ppl to work from home more
