I was senior auditor when I left EY for business school.

ProsIf working in the assurance and advisory department, one will have a very strong learning experience, including accounting knowledge, communication skills, analysis skill etc.
The relationship between colleagues is simply, because very few conflict interest is involved.
Training is carefully designed for every year for different level staff.

ConsIt's very hard to have a work life balance when in peak season.
A lot of overtime work might be involved.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe company should take the growth of the staff into serious consideration.
