The organization can get very bureaucratic sometimes and things tend to move a bit slowly.

    I have been working at EY full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    1) Great coworkers
    2) Better flexibility than other Big 4 (Advisory Practice)

    Cons

    1) Benefits are not the best in the industry (Compensation, Bonus, Healthcare etc.)
    2) Mandatory trainings are usually too late for the work you do.
    3) Tough to switch between different practices.

    Need more transparency about compensation.
