    Pros

New vision, new challenges, high growth potential. Rewarding work/project opportunities and supportive peers/colleagues.

    Cons

New vision, new obligations, high burn out. With new objectives and incentive structures in place, yields less time for personal commitments and interests.

    Pros

Job keeps you motivated and challenged.

    Cons

Worked in Tax....they continually talk about people first and work life balance....let's just say this company has no clue what this means...maybe that's why they continuously talk about it?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Talk is cheap.....
