Pros

EY is a strong, stable company. Yes, work/life balance may be a challenge at times, but I am always proud to say that I work for this firm. I believe EY truly cares about its people, and the culture is overall very positive and inclusive. If you work hard and have a positive outlook, your efforts will be rewarded and/or recognized. As an entry level employee, I am consistently treated with respect by coworkers of all levels.

Cons

Long hours, heavy work load, environment can feel overly competitve at times.

    Pros

Loved the flexibility. If I want to to home on a Friday at 2 I can make up for it next Monday at 8. It's very deadline oriented, so it's important to manage your time. Pay is good, benefits are great, and the people are friendly. The culture is truely an inclusive one. They don't have "diversity targets", rather hire people they feel are qualified and everyone seems to treat each other with respect.

    Cons

Long hours sometimes, but you just gotta manage your time well and know when to say no to people.

    Advice to Management

    Good job
