I have been working at EZCORP
Pros – EZCORP takes pride in its business and how it conducts itself. It chooses high quality employees and training can be described as complete. Customer interaction is always fun and the facilities are typically top-notch and provide a banking atmosphere rather than a typical payday loan store.
Cons – There is a glass ceiling of sorts between the Store Manager level and Area Manager level. In my experience, new Area Managers are not promoted from within, they are hired from outside. If you are working at the store level, do not expect to advance beyond this without proving that you are a superstar, top 2% performer with several years of experience and education to support it.
