If your only option is job here or live in cardboard box, flip a coin and hope it comes up cardboard box

Corporate - Happy Ex-employee (Former Employee) Austin, TX

ProsIf you live close, commute can be short
You may also get lucky with salary. Not tied to ability, contribution or effort.

ConsThere are some good people there but most leave soon.
There are some toxic people in influential positions at a few levels.
The culture is very much point fingers and "cya".
Unable to effectively manage projects/priorities. Bring in consultants and let them manage themselves. Insult, berate and threaten employees rather than develop them. QA? 2 letters in the alphabet. and most likely, they don't belong.
Benefits - if you are able to determine what they are - are weak. Have you ever worked anywhere where you pass anyone from HR in the hallway and they look down at the floor instead of saying hi to you? I'm not the only one at ezcorp who has.

EZCORP is a great company to work for, but not filled with career advancement opportunities.

Store Manager (Current Employee) Columbia, MO

I have been working at EZCORP

Pros: EZCORP takes pride in its business and how it conducts itself. It chooses high quality employees and training can be described as complete.… Cons: There is a glass ceiling of sorts between the Store Manager level and Area Manager level. In my experience, new Area Managers are not promoted… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
