Not the worst job, no where close to being the best.

Former Employee - Ecommerce Associate in Houston, TX

I worked at EZPAWN full-time for more than a year

    Pros

In my experience as an eCommerce associate you are allowed more flexibility when it come to your schedule. Allowed to work independently. Worked with some pretty cool people. Customers are not as bad as some make them out to be. Good discount.

    Cons

Company expanded the Amazon footprint a little to fast. No sound and clear plan on how to execute. ULtimately some eCommerce failed beyond their control and lost their jobs. Very little communication from the Area Manager.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate, Communicate, Communicate. Hire more dynamic candidates on the Pawn side. You will never be able to succeed if you keep bringing in the low caliber employees that currently are littered throughout the company.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in San Antonio, TX

I have been working at EZPAWN full-time for less than a year

    Pros

They will give you enough hours because they keep just enough employees to cover their store.

    Cons

They promise a raise after you have your training, they promise you commission on sales but neither will happen. Managers tell you to take broken, already returned merchandise back on the floor for sale even though they know it's been returned before.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers verbally abuse employees and make inappropriate comments to customers.
