Former Employee – worked at Eagle Transport

Pros – decent pay, good drivers, overall good company.

Cons – Hatefull office staff. Middle managers who don't know the details of their own workers job descriptions. Hard to supervise people if you don't know what they do. Middle managers lie to corp (HR,maint.,safety). EX. "get this equip off the yard, corp is coming".
Equipment repair is hap hazard, mostly due to overworked mechanics (or no mechanics).

Advice to Senior Management – Don't be as trusting to your middle managers ; they are lying to you. If you see damaged equipment at a terminal on a regular basis, it probably doesn't deserve an "accident free" rating.
