Pros

Good sales training that is valuable.

Cons

Management is weak. They consistently miss their own fake forecasts and then whip the salesforce. When you protest this - they get upset and fire you. Used car salesmen have more integrity. They lie about the forecasts. The best and brightest do not last more than 6 months. Period, end of story. They keep firing the majority of the salesforce in the NorthEast. 35 people in 16 months? Avoid it.

Advice to Management

Keep buying shares, Rolla! You will be very wealthy when you sell the company is 16 months.

    Pros

Great Senior Management. People are motivated. A truly great environment for interns to get their feet wet in the professional world.

    Cons

    I've encountered nothing worth mentioning.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing.

    Pros

They have a great idea - good solid concepts, and the market timing is correct for what they said they were trying to become.

    Cons

Management changes every month - constant reorgainzations. But none of them acknowledge or fix the problem. The CEO has one vision, but operations is doing their own thing and undermining that vision. Verbally they all saw the same thing - but the actions tell a different story, and its like Mr. Huff refuses to see the problem is within his own house - and he's being stabbed in the back.

    Advice to Management

Quit trying to build a concensus - have some guts and commit to a direction. If people are on board and contributing to the change (and in some cases actively working against it) then remove them - even when they are VP's and above!
