Avoid it. The sales expectations are not realistic. They will fire you AND PROTEST YOUR UNEMPLOYMENT!!!

I worked at EarthLink full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good sales training that is valuable.

    Cons

Management is weak. They consistently miss their own fake forecasts and then whip the salesforce.
When you protest this - they get upset and fire you.

Used car salesmen have more integrity.

    They lie about the forecasts.

The best and brightest do not last more than 6 months. Period, end of story.

They keep firing the majority of the salesforce in the NorthEast. 35 people in 16 months? Avoid it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep buying shares, Rolla! You will be very wealthy when you sell the company is 16 months.
