Pros – The bonus structure is generous
The work-life balance is more geared to "life" than "work"
Pasadena is a great place to work
Earthlink is full of nice and for the most part intelligent people generous with their time

Cons – Very little new product development
Most of the projects are to maintain or downscale products, or in some cases, to decommission them.
Management is gun shy about trying anything new
Management has no idea what to do with the company. They say they do, but after you see the decisions they make and then hear their rationale for making those decisions, it's so apparent they're been paralyzed into inaction. It's as though their motto is "Better to do nothing and be wrong than do something and look bad."

Advice to Senior Management – Pay yourself as much as you can you'll never find a company that'll pay you as much as you make contributing as little as you do
