I have been working at EarthLink
Pros – I liked people whom I got to know and be a part of their team. They were good helpful people always
willing to give a hand, and pick up where you left when your shift was over. Also my manager is the kindest and smartest.
Cons – Too many breakdowns of client equipment. But its a NOC center, what where you expecting
