“Terrible..Management does not know the bank's culture”
Former Employee – worked at East West Bancorp
Pros – Good Pay and people who do work hard.
Cons – Departments are disjointed. Bank trying to be something they are not. Trying to Grow too fast, and make fast moves. Do not communicate changes well.
Advice to Senior Management – know the bank's culture, and work within it. Do not treat people as a doormat.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
