I have been working at Eastern Michigan University part-time

Pros – Office work and skills are learned, meeting new people, feels like an "adult" job, my boss is pretty laid back.

Cons – There are a lot of people wrking at one time...that is a little annoying.

Advice to Senior Management – Only hire people at the shifts you need, not just because they are able to work
