    Co-workers and local management were friendly and collaborative, great work environment, proud tradition, opportunity to work on advanced product development, access to leading technology

    Cons

    No path to profitability, senior management zigzags from one strategy to another, the emperor has no clothes but no one seemed able to speak truth to power

    It's probably too late to save this once great company, but use the bankruptcy to focus on profitable and growth segments
