Great people. Great Products. The work itself is challenging and provides ample opportunity for those in engineering - my field - to grow and develop their skill sets.

Cons

Kodak has undergone some difficult change in transitioning from film and paper to digital imaging and printing. Many companies have not survived an industry change of this magnitude and Kodak has managed better than many. However, the jury is still out on whether they will survive. In addition, given all the downsizings of the last 10 years, it has become increasingly challenging to find career advancement.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior Management is, in my opinion, doing an overall good job but I worry about some of the businesses we seem to be starving at the expense of others that have yet to prove themselves.
