“I found pockets of people at kodak very competent yet their hands were tied given the situation of Chapter 11.”
I have been working at Eastman Kodak full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – * Competent employees
* Good salary & benefit
Cons – * The near future looks bleak even if Kodak gets out of Chapter 11. Not a place to build a new career.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
