    Pros

    Great people
    Casual environment
    Value family time
    Competitive salary

    Cons

May require several big moves all over the country over the course of a few years. Advancements in the company require you to be flexible and willing to move anywhere.

    I worked at Eaton

    Pros

Many locations to choose from and internal relocation is common and even encouraged. Company has strong set of values both ethically and in how to achieve growth. Strong performance is recognized and rewarded.

    Cons

Culture varies from location to location. Work life balance can be an issue in more "driven" locations. Salary is "competitive" but not stellar. Vacation time is poor compared to industry average.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Top performers at all levels, not just senior executives, need to be rewarded in order to retain people and keep them engaged.
