    I worked at Eaton

    Pros

    Great corporate atmosphere
    Engaged with interns
    Trust in giving complex projects

    Cons

The project was so big that, as an intern, I feel like I was kinda left on my own by my manager. Not fully his fault, but it can happen with the types of work EATON R&D is involved in

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't forget about the intern
