Former Employee – worked at Eaton as an intern for less than a year

Pros – Great intern program with good on boarding process and mentors. Lots of exposure and opportunities to meet management and people from different functions.

Cons – Direct supervisor was often out of the office, making it difficult to move ahead on projects sometimes. Didn't have a defined project going into the internship which made it difficult early on.
