Eaton Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Eaton full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – The pay is good, and not only do they match a percentage of your 401k they also have a separate pension plan they contribute to.

Cons – The work load changes often and they are quick to downsize if need be. Half the people there worry about layoffs. Also when you ask management questions you don't often get a straight answer. They just like to tell you what sounds good at the moment, then it could change the very next day.
