I have been working at Eaton

Pros

Honest and fair upper management. Work / Life balance is good. Benefits are good. Location is close by and easy to get to. Able to work from home as needed.

Cons

Continuing education could be better. No org charts and constant changes make it difficult to know who to contact at times.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

It would be helpful to have org charts that could be accessed easily. Make products easier for employees to buy.

    I worked at Eaton

    Pros

In general it is a good place to work. Management is fairly competent and they look for ways to sell and promote value.

    Cons

Management plays favorites and politics. Sometimes management will indirectly threaten people if they do not tow the line or are suspected of not giving good survey feedback on managers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If it is not broke do not fix it. Managers will change things uo drastically just to say they did something even when it may not be necessary.

I have been working at Eaton

    Pros

The hours are great, the day is broken up nicely between 2 breaks and a lunch. I work in a pretty intimate warehouse with only about 25 employees wich could be a pro or a con.

    Cons

Management positions seem to rotate every 2 years or so, as if the managers are being trained for something else, so the attitude always seems to be one of indifference when issues are brought up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Manage the warehouse floor. Leeches are sucking up the profit margins by wasting overtime.
