    Pros

    Eaton is corporate america at its best and worst. There are lot of opportunities in the company, especially if you are willing to move. The corporate culture is good and employees are generally caring.

    The IT systems are aged to say the least.

    Under contract for 1 year that suddenly turned into 3 months after being assured contract would be honored.

    There are no pros due to situation

    Cons

    Trusting someone for a contract only to have it switch suddenly with 1 month notice to find other work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't bring on someone new if you know that you are outsourcing that department. People who need work lose when you do something like that which puts the pressure on them for finding new work when it's already hard in the first place.
