I have been working at Eaton full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Good promotion opportunities, great training, family oriented. Most of the people here are good to work with and truly care about you.

    Cons

Cooper integration is beleaguered with issues. Some of the roles are overworked and some are less so. No analysis of workload..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Within Cooper, more communication is needed. There is a lot employees don't know about what is going on within the company that, if known, could help them do a better job.
