    Pros

Great benefits, employees are really treated with respect. If you're looking for a place to go retire, this is a good one.

    Cons

Office politics in most areas are of DC proportions. EV is not afraid to spend money on middle management to sit around and talk about what work the rest of us are doing/not doing.

    Advice to Management

Remember there's more to life than numbers.

    Pros

The corporate culture is wonderful. They treat their employees fairly, offer generous benefits, a very attractive work environment, and good team values. Good work/life balance with 9-5 hours.

    Cons

Sometimes the company can be slow to implement change.

    Advice to Management

Step up to the plate and add to staff as needed. The company is very slow to grow its ranks, as it doesn't ever want to have to cut back on staff.
