“No Match to standards of a Multi-National”
Current Employee – been working at Ebix full-time for more than a year
Pros – Big Company, Good Working Environment.
Cons – Small Ventures, Incompatible Compensation Standards.
Advice to Senior Management – Offers made against Job Vacancies are incompatible to Industry Standards, stand nowhere around a Multinational, so kindly look into that.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
