Former Employee – worked at Ebix full-time for more than a year

Pros – * Onsite to US oppertunity
* manager generally wont interfer in your work.
* You get to work on setting up many generic tools, so good learning and growth.

Cons – * Work life balance will be screwed. They extract way too much work for the peanuts they provide.
* Work place is not great. Hardly any food shop of good quality in vincinity in chennai office. So it is get your own food choice.
* Due to non availability of much devs in chennai, there will be communication pain.
