    I worked at Ebusinessware full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    There are no firewalls,and mostly we had to work on the Facebook gaming and Google applications.

    Cons

    The salary and hikes takes its own sweet time there

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Atleast give hikes on the 6monthly basis either on the performance or skills of the workers.

    Ebusinessware has RBS project, so sitting and working with RBS.

    Cons

    Need to work as a contractor at client site, and do not have any communication with the employer, as they also do not take much initiative
