    Pros

Paid training. Good healthcare, that you pay for

    Cons

No 401k, pay for all healthcare. Will suck you in to open accounts then boot you or you will quit and they will keep your accounts.

    Get out of logistics

I worked at Echo Global Logistics

    Pros

Great atmosphere, great people, excellent location. You wake up and actually look forward to going into work and seeing your coworkers.

    Cons

General bad treatment by the senior management of their employees. Raise and bonus freeze for all employees during the economic downturn...except the senior execs who got major bonuses prior to going public.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay people, they do work hard for you. The profit margin is there to actually loosen the belt (especially in IT), otherwise you're burning these people out and you spend twice as much re-training their replacements.
