    I have been working at Eclaro International full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great Managers, very approachable, very supportive. It's a refreshing staffing agency to work for with a great base and commission/incentive plan that is reflective of the owners wanting all of their employees to make money. Eclaro is filled with problem solvers so there are rarely any problems.. Great work environment and the new office space in 1102 is a great atmosphere.

    No Cons - just like any agency you get what you put into it.

    Keep the forward thinking attitude. I'm so grateful to be a part of this company

    Pros

    timely payments is the only one I can think of

    Cons

    I was very satisfied initially. Over the time, thing changed. I did not have a go to person for any kinds of questions. If a contract at the client site ended, I had to find another project/client for myself. They have very limited networking with clients. You could be on bench for infinite amount of time and they would not care about you not forgetting you won't be paid for that time. If I had any personal or work related questions, they were never answered in a timely manner. I had to follow up a number of times to get a decent answer. DISAPPOINTED!!!
