Not the best place for women to work

Territory Manager (Current Employee) Baltimore, MD

ProsCompany car, and credit card, autonomy

ConsIt's a very male driven corporate culture. Women in the field (institutional division) are treated like novelties. They tried to institute a more inclusive culture by hiring a consulting firm, but failed miserably in the process. The local management team was very clicky and petty.

    Learning experience.

Territory Manager (Former Employee) Los Angeles, CA

I worked at Ecolab full-time for more than a year

Pros: Opportunity to learn about soap Cons: learning too much about soap Advice to Senior Management: Be upfront with your new hires. Tell them its a sales AND SERVICE job. Nothing more demoralizing than having to… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
