“Need to figure out how to make changes more carefully.”
I worked at Ecolab full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Pay, benefits, and location. Great co-workers, always willing to share knowledge. CEO. Community involvement. Good training opportunities.
Cons – Culture and inclusion - not so much. They want one type of worker - just say "yes." Passive-aggressiveness is alive and well. Didn't feel I could be open and honest. Can't seem to figure out the right level of process - they are either too bureaucratic or processes don't exist at all. Not everyone gets work/life balance.
Advice to Senior Management – Change is good, provided it is made wisely and carefully. Recognize people for their strengths. Work for more diversity.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
