“Overall, I was satisfied. Able to change positions within.”
Former Employee – worked at Economical Insurance Group
Pros – It was a secure and honest place to workl. The pay was good. Were not treated like a number. People are nice.
Cons – There was some favoritism. It seemed like the ones that talk the loudest got promotions. Sometimes it was hard to see why someone got promoted over others. A lot of politics.
Advice to Senior Management – Share more information so that the staff aren't walking on eggshells wondering what's up. This refers to people getting let go.
