Current Employee – been working at Economical Insurance Group

Pros – ít's kind of stable place to work at, not a lot pressure, flex time, people are not aggressive, job security is good.

Cons – no respect to individuals, no communications about the decision. no encouragement for people to advance their career path, comp ratio is lower than average.

Advice to Senior Management – change management structure, getting more people motivated, promotion should be given to people who are tech-inclined, performance review should be based on ability not relationship
