I worked at EdFund

Pros

If you have the right manager, it's a good place to work. However, upper management seems to push those types of managers out.

Cons

Good managers and VP's are often pushed to leave the company. There is a great deal of state mentality there and favortism.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

This is not a state agency, it's a private "non-profit". Meaning the profits are to go back to the students and not fund your expensive get aways.
