Pros – Edelman Digital provides you the freedom to develop your career in a direction that you want to take it. I have never worked with a more talented group of people. Digital here is not an afterthought.
Cons – This is not the place for you if you don't have a passion and dedication to your clients and projects.
Advice to Senior Management – Foster better synergy between the east and west coast teams.
