“Opportunities Abound”
I have been working at Edelman full-time for more than a year
Pros – Edelman provides a matrix of career opportunities to explore, across PR, HR, finance and even recruiting. They encourage both cross-team and cross-office movement, and as the largest GLOBAL PR firm, the career and geography options are almost endless.
Cons – As with all mid to large sized companies, there's a hierarchical approvals process which can take some time to navigate and understand.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
