I have been working at Edelman full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – good work culture - attracts top-tier colleagues
Cons – rumors exist that the salaries at Edelman are slightly less generous than at comparable firms
Advice to Senior Management – embrace the promise of the GWEN program - make it truly, practically impactful
