I worked at Edelman as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

This is a great place to learn all the relevant digital tools needed for social media monitoring. Edelman very much relies on its interns and because of that you get great work. You will also learn a lot about and do a lot with blogger engagement.

    Cons

It doesn't pay a lot, however, it's sometimes hard to find paid internships at all in PR. Also, depending on the team you're on some interns put in a fair amount of overtime.

    Pros

Get to work with great accounts and big budgets

    Cons

Poor leadership at the local level. Richard is a rockstar but the branch management sucks. People keep leaving...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not my area of expertise... maybe take a look at where you came from and what made you so successful? Seems to have grown so large that they don't care anymore.
