Current Employee – been working at Edelman full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Smart people and great clients in an environment where employees are encouraged to take risks and challenge themselves. If you have the drive and vision your opportunities are endless.
Cons – With the tremendous amount of growth we have seen in the past couple of years, we have to be careful about how we expand as not to loose our identity.
