Pros

Good work life balance
Great benefits
Competitive pay
Great co-workers

Leaving aside the sr. management executives, the overall employee base is talented, professional and fun to work with. Company provides very decent benefits and perks.

Cons

No professional career growth
Bleak long term prospects
Senior Management team lacks strategy, focus and execution skills
Nepotism

Company had great promise, very good employees, great customers and a viable strategy.
The lack of focus, inability of the sr. management team to keep in check nepotism and placing higher stakes and wrong bets has brought it to its end run.

Customers are leaving, employees are leaving, some have been cut off while retaining very highly paid executives means their burn rate is going to destroy the value and the company soon.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Its time for entire sr. management team to leave. Get in fresh competent and skilled team

    Pros

    Fast paced environment, lots of change. Little time to get bored. There is the opportunity to get exposed to a variety of new technologies.

    Cons

    Poor decisions by senior management. Employees are afraid to speak up for fear of retribution. The only employees who are valued are from a small subset of the organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You need to understand how all of your employees feel, and don't just listen to the "chosen" few. Their arrogance and unwillingness to compromise and listen to other ideas stifles creativity and advancement of the company.

    Great company to work for! Encouraged to learn and do things independently but the support is always there when collaboration is necessary. Management is extremely knowledgeable on industry history and trends. Always something new to learn and positive takeaways. Huge opportunity to grow your career.

    Industry is lagging in technological advancements that would greatly benefit their business.
