Leaving aside the sr. management executives, the overall employee base is talented, professional and fun to work with. Company provides very decent benefits and perks.
Cons – No professional career growth
Bleak long term prospects
Senior Management team lacks strategy, focus and execution skills
Nepotism
Company had great promise, very good employees, great customers and a viable strategy.
The lack of focus, inability of the sr. management team to keep in check nepotism and placing higher stakes and wrong bets has brought it to its end run.
Customers are leaving, employees are leaving, some have been cut off while retaining very highly paid executives means their burn rate is going to destroy the value and the company soon.
Advice to Senior Management – Its time for entire sr. management team to leave. Get in fresh competent and skilled team
