Pros – Fast paced environment, lots of change. Little time to get bored. There is the opportunity to get exposed to a variety of new technologies.

Cons – Poor decisions by senior management. Employees are afraid to speak up for fear of retribution. The only employees who are valued are from a small subset of the organization.

Advice to Senior Management – You need to understand how all of your employees feel, and don't just listen to the "chosen" few. Their arrogance and unwillingness to compromise and listen to other ideas stifles creativity and advancement of the company.
