It was a very friendly environment but could've been more hours given and less workers.

I worked at Edible Arrangements part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great learning experience, friendly co-workers, happy customers, overtime on holidays.

    Cons

Minimum wage, too many workers being hired, no benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat the employee's equally and when you see a flaw, set the employee aside to tell them they could fix it instead of giving them lesser hours.

    Current Employee - Delivery Driver
    Current Employee - Delivery Driver

I have been working at Edible Arrangements part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Not a bad part-time job. Pay not bad.

    Cons

The constant back and forth delivery process, orders should be taken the day before not same day. If same day cut-offs should be 3pm, not 5pm. It is a major safety issue to be out after dark, let alone trying to find addresses in the dark, not a very good thought out delivery business. Drivers should not have to run back and forth two and three times to one area or town. I wouldnt want to get a fruit delivery at 6pm or 7pm at night. Really need to rethink cutoff times and same day delivery - what is the big deal about same day delivery!!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do all the jobs required to make the place run and you'll change the way it's run. As for now it seems its all turned into GREED!
