Online scorers and supervisors poorly paid; onsite supervisors not knowledgable

Online Testing Supervisor (Former Employee)
Ewing, NJ

ProsOther testing supervisors were, for the most part, a very nice group of smart people. Most were high school or community college professors

ConsFull-time ETS supervisors did not seem to be knowledgable about process. Pay for online scoring kept dropping
