Good money, narrow work

Assessment Specialist I (Former Employee)
Princeton, NJ

ProsThe money is good for ex-teachers, who may have been making much less.
The employees are wonderfully diverse.
The Princeton "campus" is lovely, sporting a lake.

ConsDeveloping test items can become tedious after several months, and especially toward the third year.
As a non-profit, ETS doesn't naturally seek efficiency. This means that employees lack modern tools, and their work may be redundant because record-keeping and process are not... standardized.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
