    Pros

Great company values and culture. They want to support you every step of the way.

    Cons

They have a certain number of employees they want and will find an excuse to separate employment.

    Advice to Management

Really talk to new employees to understand what the real world is like.

    Pros

One year of training and a lot of support from headquarters in St. Louis.

    Cons

It's a two person office. Salary raises, bonuses, promotion to SR. Branch Office Administrator (SR. BOA), incentives, etc. depend entirely on the perfomance, success and advancement of the Financial Advisor (FA). FA also completes an annual review that determines a salary raise.

    Advice to Management

BOAs should be able to get better raises and promotions regardless of FA perfomance after being with the company for a certain number of years.
